Introducing the newest member of Motherland, Diana Beata Krueger!
As it has been apparent for all of us for a while now, the challenges humanity is facing are complex and cannot be tackled by any one individual, organization, or even state for that matter in isolation. While teams have attempted to work towards sustainable change with admirable energy and passion, more often than not they have been limited by being isolated from organizations working towards the same goals and by their own visibility and bias on the topic.
This is where Diana comes in.
For the past +15 years, she has established, empowered, and uplifted goal-driven communities teams and communities by dedicating her energy to bringing the various players in an ecosystem together and helping them understand each other.
From business incubators in refugee settlements to grassroots tech initiatives all the way to established cultural institutions, she has developed and refined a needs-driven humanity and human-centric approach that has helped her establish and maintain trust and synergy between stakeholders throughout the various communities she has worked in.
When we asked Diana what drives her to commit so much energy to understand and bridging these needs she said it comes down to potential, the profound potential of the human spirit. For her, access to food, education, and health is not just a dream or a direction, it is one of the building blocks of a regenerative and equitable society.
Diana only contributes to initiatives where sustainability in all aspects drives the positive evolution of humanity; we’re happy she is now here with us to work towards these goals.
